Before we will list your items we need to know a few things. Send us an email or use the form in the contact us section. Make sure you include these things in your email:
- Obviously who you are, your band or labels name, including any band profiles and info you have.
- An MP3 of a song or 2 or images of your merch if it isn't an album, as well as details letting us know if it a self produced CDR or professionally produced by yourself or a label. We will send money using Pay Pal.
Our expectations from You
We do not accept or sell second hand or damaged goods, so to save your merch being returned to you (at your cost) please ensure that all Cd's and vinyl are free from scratches and scuff marks and that all covers are free from rips and tears and are not worn or 'dog eared'.
Other merch, such as T-shirts, stickers, posters etc should all be in good condition without any marks/stains/tears or basically damaged in any way.
Posting your merch
**VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ**
In order for everything to run smoothly, we need to receive your merch in perfect condition.
When packaging your merch, please ensure that you pack it well so there is no damage done whilst it is transit to us.
Cd's posted without jewel cases should be securely wrapped. The ideal method is to stack the Cd's together and wrap them with cling wrap. Do the same with the booklets then package the whole lot into a padded bag or box. Make sure there is no movement within the parcel so nothing gets scratched or scuffed.
If you are sending Cd's in their jewel cases. Preferably put them into a box with some padding. Otherwise wrap them well in bubble wrap and then place them into a bag.
Ensure vinyl is well protected and there is no chance of it getting damaged/bent/ or broken. If you cannot get hold of special packaging for vinyl then make sure you put cardboard around it. Even better to wrap bubble wrap around it, to protect the corners and prevent any potential water damage.
If you are sending merch in bags, make sure they are tough bags which will not split in transit. If you are putting them in a box, tape up all the edges to add extra protection against the box splitting.
We will return merch which is not in good condition, and the postage costs will be passed onto you. We pride ourselves on selling top quality items and will not accept anything less from our suppliers.
